backspace&arrows button not working @ Toad

If u have this kind of problem( backspace and Arrows button not working at Toad ), maybe you can follow this simple steps :
- Go to View Menu-> Option
- Click link Editor Options (please see Picture below)
- modify 1 key value then click OK.
